How Flowinity Started
Flowinity (formerly PrivateUploader) began as a simple file and screenshot hosting service, integrating with tools like ShareX and ShareNix through its API.Since 2021, Flowinity has expanded significantly into real-time communication and collaboration, introducing features like Communications, Collections, and Workspaces.

Introducing Flowinity version 5
To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of Flowinity, we will be introducing an all new version 5 complete with a brand new intuitive layout and design that puts our mission of creating an all-rounded platform in the spotlight.
The new Superbar
We wanted to make your experience on Flowinity better, specifically on lower resolution devices. The smaller sidebar, called the Superbar allows you to quickly switch between different functions within Flowinity. This change eliminates the need for multiple sidebars, which we found negatively impacted the user experience.

This also allowed us to create a more consistent experience across a wide range of devices, including tablets, laptops, phones, and desktop computers ensuring that your experience is as smooth as possible, no matter what device you use.
The enhanced QuickSwitcher
The new QuickSwitcher in version 5 allows you to quickly switch to any page on the Flowinity platform, whether that be a group chat, workspace document, or collection.
We also have allowed you to use short-codes to filter your results for relevance. For example, prepend # to your search query to only show Communications.
Coming Soon: A new Workspaces experience
We plan to drastically improve and evolve the Workspaces experience with a new Editor that will make your experience more streamlined and convenient in the near future, including the ability to collaborate on documents with others.
A fresh new look for Flowinity

We wanted to expand Flowinity Workspaces into a suite that solves a variety of real-world problems. FlowForms is a powerful, open-source, visual form builder designed to simplify the creation of surveys, quizzes, and custom forms, offering you an intuitive and efficient way to gather data, ask the right questions, and create personalized experiences.The intuitive FlowForms editor allows you to visually create your form. Simply drag and drop your questions into place, and link them together to create complex flows in a matter of minutes.
We invite you to try out FlowForms Early Access and provide your feedback to help improve the FlowForms experience before release.FlowForms will require a Flowinity account upon release.
Finally...
With Version 5, we've completely revamped the backend of Flowinity, addressing many of the bugs and performance issues that have impacted users. We’re confident these improvements will make your experience smoother and more enjoyable.
